My apartment at the hotel was perfect for my family, with enough space for myself, my husband, and our two sons. The instructions for the appliances could be clearer, but overall, it was a great stay. The service was friendly but there were some language barriers. The location was superb, close to Little Tokyo and other attractions, though a bit noisy being in the center of all the action. My stay at the hotel was absolutely wonderful! The rooms were so comfortable, very clean, and quiet, making it feel like a home away from home. The contemporary and stylish decor, along with the block-out blinds, really helped me relax and sleep soundly. The location in the middle of Little Tokyo was perfect for exploring the area, but maybe not ideal for central attractions.

I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel! The rooms were incredibly clean, comfortable, and spacious, making me feel right at home. The staff was so friendly and easy to approach, circling around 2nd Street to ensure a pleasant experience. The location was quite good, being very near Little Tokyo, although it lacked a bit of appeal for some tourist attractions. Despite minor drawbacks in the location, the value for money was excellent, especially with the Tuscan cheese dining experience. The facilities were top-notch, adding to the overall convenience and enjoyment of my stay.
